Make Gengar's nature Modest. It is much better than quirky. Hypnosis dream eater is finicky but okay. Other than that he's pretty good. The Pataya berry might be something to consider as well as choice specs, or wide lens.

Sp. Atks on Slaking are no good. Get rid of them. Put in Giga Impact for solid Damage since you're disabled the next turn anyway. Stone Edge is a good choice too though. The nature is fine.

Swampert is pretty good. He is balanced, good nature. Good over all.

Good sets on both Yanmega and Darkrai. I don't think blackglasses is the best item though. Probably better is Wide Lense (Glasses).

Charizard is just plain horrible. The nature is all wrong. Adamant is down Sp. atk, the opposite of your set. To keep with that nature I recommend switching the moves completely. Go for Earthquake, Roost, Flare Blitz, and Thunder Punch. With that set he should be much better.
