u can buy it from my online poke shop (i dont think the 3 i got are legal :s since it says catched lvl 99) but anyway if ur looking for any pokemons then i got em all :s
(u can also get jirachi from a stupid idiot sucking nintendo event that i will have to travel for over 10hours to get to)

THey are not legit, since its impossible to catch Jirachi. The only way to get it is by events or Pokemon Colosseum game for GameCube.
Those "stupid idiot sucking nintendo evets" are the easiest way to obtain a legit Jirachi.

Since its saying its caught at level 99, its done by using Action Replay. The other way to obtain it by cheating is by using Pokesav, but nobody with common sense would make it "caught at 99".

u should probably get a phsycic pokemon like Alakazaam or Mr. Mime and then a fighting pokemon like Machamp or Golem's good too just don't get Heracross btw Gengar is a beast make sure to teach him hypnosis and Dream Eater though
