| Having been released on September the 12th, the highly anticipated remakes of Pokémon Gold & Silver (Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver) sold out at a plethora of retailers. An amazing 1,408,980 copies had sold as of this past Sunday, the 14th of September. The originals sold an approximate 23 million Worldwide. Nintendo is planning on the remakes to surpass this mark, though it has already outsold Pokémon Platinum in its opening weekend by half a million copies.  | |
