Question About this place.

Why hello there. I'm a member of TAG, otherwise known as The Aurora Gate. That forum, and quite a bit of it's content has found it's way over here. Including guides, forum names and layout and the like.

The admin claims it all as his. It's stolen from TAG.

Now then, I'm being as polite as possible here. No need to flip out and delete the post.


If you're going to use the content, fine, just give the proper credits to the original creators. All of them.


Now then, If this is a problem for you, then let's discuss it further.

this is not a tag website i guess they lie to you but this is akis's fourum and its not theirs. beside i don't even get this you know this is a brand new fourum ya know ill find the link explaning all this than ill post it here.

can u TAG guys give it a break. give me like some physical proof and if you just fraud it ill know. ive been to your site before and i didnt see anything like akises work.

some of the stuff is from TAG, though im not sure what exactly.
however i think its unfair to say that the layout and such was stolen.

its a freaking forum, there are only a finite number of layout out combinations for a pokemon forum. so having a similar or same layout as another forum is no crime.

Give some examples of what's stolen, Phantom, if you want something done about them.

Forum news, feedback, etc... I dont want to interfere in this, but yes, this site has some exact stuff like TAG...

i just checked the EV guide is exactly the same as TAG. but hey i guess he did because he was stressed because his forum was hacked and stuff and he couldn't think straight.

Do you know why the rank images are gone?

Because I spoke to Caitie their creator. She told me that she tried to contact Akiss several times but he deleted all of her messages, so she deleted the images from here photobucket (I may still have screenshot proof of that, I'll see).

Also, the PotW guides (with the exception of the Blissy guide) are all from Serebii with no credit given at all (the blissy guide was written by Hiddenzbu).

I have some screen shots, I'll edit them in.

Also the welcome message in the Register box that pops up is the Zetaboards Default Welcome message (that's copyrighted btw).

Also layouts are copyrighted material as well as descriptions when they're copied word for word.

no akis did steal things.... and then doesnt give credit. But come on guys its a freaking few pictures get over yourselves!

Stealing is stealing and if credit isn't given and Forumotion finds out they could shut down the site.

The pictures as well as the guides are copyrighted material which means that stealing them is copyright infringement. It's illegal and that means that rather than have a problem forumotion will just close the site.

Also, you can't just take something and give credit, not in this case. You need to get permission too otherwise it's still stealing.

It's not a matter of "getting over" anything. It's a matter of making sure everybody has a site to come back to.

I know there are people who care about this site so why not make it legitimate and prevent a problem before there is one?

How would you feel if one day TER was just gone?

Well that's what you're all facing if it's not brought within the limitations of Forumotion's ToS.

They're going to find out eventually.

The replys of the members are saddening me, "its the internet get over urself buddy" is one of them, tag can still shut down this forum by telling forumotion btw, atleast give credit.

lol im just going to ignore this krap and enjoy what we have here

1) There are some people that will never believe you that Akis stole some stuff...
2) There are some people that dont care about what he did...

I dont see why is this discussion going, since TAG removed post ranks that were stolen. If you didnt, you could always report... No point in trying to persuade some random members about stuff that are not their business...

i agree with Skochy but i dont see what really matters. Akis is absent so there isnt any way we can change it now...
